Нету Голдов на Акке

В общем акк был создан примерно 3-5 мес назад! Изначально голды не пришли , думал попозже придут ! Одел перса и тд . Но и по сей час голды не пришли! Хотелось бы узнать возможно данную проблемку как то решить ?!

На другой акк пополнил все ок , а конкретно на который надо выдает такую ошибку
